📦 Shipping Policy

We currently ship to all countries within the European Union. Shipping outside the EU may be arranged on request.

• Estimated delivery: 3–10 business days (within EU)

• Shipping providers: Standard tracked delivery via local carriers

• Shipping fees: Calculated at checkout, based on destination and package size

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Please note that customs or local taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the recipient.

🔁 Return & Refund Policy

If you're not satisfied with your order, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receiving it — no questions asked.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

• Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
